- 8+ years of experience in similar roles as a facilities manager.
- Knowledge of grid codes and facilities-related projects.
- Knowledge and interpretation of single-line diagrams (using AutoCAD).
- Experience with budget management software.
- Experience leading teams (20+ people).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 - corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, automation, and electrical systems.
- Plus AutoCAD Electrical skills for mapping to single-line diagrams.
- Plus knowledge of sustainability (sensor panels, zero emissions).
- Plus knowledge of ISO 50001.
- Advanced English proficiency.
