In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on identifying training needs, developing training programs, and implementing strategies to enhance employee skills and performance within the organization. Work across departments to ensure employees have the required skills and knowledge to perform their assigned tasks. Develop strategies to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. We’re looking for a Training Coordinator who enjoys being close to the operation and understands what really happens on the manufacturing floor. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in training strategy, people development, and hands-on experience working in manufacturing environments.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on training and people development. 5+ years in leadership or coordination roles, managing teams or training programs. Proven experience working in manufacturing environments. Strong background in instructional design, skills metrics, and strategic training planning. Experience with change management initiatives.
